Late Fee & Collections Policy

To keep our operations running smoothly and ensure timely processing of all orders, Kühle Archery applies a 10% late fee to any invoice not paid by the stated due date.

Late Fee Details:

• A 10% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance the day after the invoice becomes past due.
• Continued non‑payment may result in additional fees until the account is brought current.
• If you believe you’ve received a late fee in error, please contact our team so we can review your account.

Collections & Legal Action:

• Accounts that remain unpaid after multiple attempts to resolve the balance may be referred to a collections agency.
• Kühle Archery reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances, including any associated costs, fees, or attorney expenses incurred during the process.
• We make every effort to resolve payment issues collaboratively before escalating to formal collections or legal proceedings.
