Our Commitment

At Kühle Archery, we stand behind our products and the ethical hunters who use them responsibly. Our warranty program is designed to support fair, ethical hunting practices while maintaining the integrity of our brand and products.

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually and consistently to ensure alignment with our standards.

Product Coverage

This warranty applies to the following Kühle Archery products:

  • Final Draw – Limited Edition – 250
  • Final Draw – Limited Edition – 300
  • Final Draw – Limited Edition – 350
  • Final Draw – Limited Edition – 400
  • Final Draw – Limited Edition – 500

Important: This warranty is valid only while the product model is actively sold on www.kuhlearchery.com at the time the claim is reviewed.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for warranty consideration, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The arrow was used during an ethical hunt
  2. The animal was harvested with a single, well‑placed shot resulting in a lethal wound
  3. The animal was recovered
  4. All required information and documentation are submitted accurately and completely
  5. The product model remains eligible at the time of review

Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Required Documentation

All warranty claims must include the following documentation:

  • Clear photo of the broken arrow
  • Clear photo of the entry wound
  • Clear photo of the exit wound
  • Clear photo of the harvested animal (trophy photo)
  • Proof of purchase (required in some cases)

Photos must be clear, unedited, and representative of the actual incident.
Incomplete, unclear, or altered documentation may result in delays or denial.

Claim Review Process

  1. Submission
    Claims are submitted through the online warranty form. Confirmation is sent by email.
  2. Review
    Each claim is reviewed by the Kühle Archery team based on submitted documentation and warranty criteria.
  3. Decision
    Claims may be:
    • Approved
    • Denied
    • Returned for additional information
  4. Approval & Fulfillment
    Approved claims require payment of shipping and handling before fulfillment.

Shipping & Handling

If a claim is approved, a $17.50 USD shipping and handling fee applies.

  • An invoice will be sent by email
  • Replacement products ship only after payment is received
  • Shipment confirmation will be emailed once the replacement is sent

Photo & Media Use

By submitting a warranty claim, you grant Kühle Archery permission to use submitted photos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, with or without attribution.

Certification

By submitting a claim, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in denial.

Final Determination

Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

All decisions are made at the discretion of Kühle Archery based on warranty requirements and documentation provided.
